Standards & Systems
At Arnold Cleaning Services, standards aren’t an afterthought - they’re the foundation of every contract we deliver. This page outlines the systems, policies, and processes that underpin our work: how we measure quality, how we manage risk, how we protect the environment, and how we maintain consistency across multi-site and high-demand commercial environments. For our clients, these frameworks mean transparency, predictable outcomes, and confidence that every clean - whether daily maintenance or specialist work- is delivered professionally, safely, and to the highest standard.

At Arnold Cleaning Services, quality is not a slogan - it’s our operating system. We take a structured approach to delivering reliable, consistent results on every site. Our quality framework centres on customer satisfaction, continual improvement, risk management, and compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. We proactively identify issues, invest in training and communication, and maintain clear accountability from leadership through to frontline teams. Commitment to Quality
This policy outlines how we listen to clients, monitor performance through inspections and feedback, and ensure that every member of our team understands their responsibility to deliver exceptional outcomes. By embedding quality into our culture, processes, and partnerships, we create environments that are not just clean - they are cared for.

We believe cleaning should never compromise the environment. Arnold Cleaning Services is committed to reducing environmental impact across all areas of our operation - the products we select, the methods we use, and the decisions we make as a business. While not yet certified, we actively align our practices with ISO 14001:2015 environmental management principles, including compliance with relevant legislation, pollution prevention, and continuous improvement.
Our Environmental Policy sets measurable goals around waste minimisation, responsible supply partnerships, employee training, and sustainable product adoption. Every staff member plays a role in this effort, and we empower our teams to pause work if environmental harm is likely. Sustainability isn’t a marketing line for us - it’s embedded in how we clean, how we procure, and how we plan for long-term community wellbeing.

Our cleaning methodology is a step-by-step system designed to create safe, pristine spaces at a low operational cost. It begins with an initial assessment and safety plan - identifying high-traffic areas, reviewing Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), and developing a tailored cleaning schedule. Daily tasks cover visible debris removal, high-touch sanitation, kitchen and bathroom hygiene, and edge-to-edge floor care, while periodic services include carpet steam cleaning, strip and seal treatments, blind and ledge dusting, and surface polishing. Quality assurance is built into every stage. Supervisors inspect work before, during, and after cleaning; hazards such as spills are addressed immediately; records and consumables are tracked; and staff feedback loops help us adjust schedules and improve outcomes. Sustainability runs throughout the system - from using eco-friendly tools and locally sourced products to hiring and training local employees. The diagram also outlines how success is measured: rapid issue resolution, manual inspections, satisfaction surveys, performance reviews, and clear task completion monitoring.
