Director
As the founding Director of Arnold Cleaning Services, Hayden is the driving force behind the company’s rapid growth. Young and ambitious, he recognised a gap in the market in 2023, left his family’s dairy farm, and launched what began as a residential pressure cleaning business. In just a short time, he transformed that start-up into one of Tasmania’s most trusted and versatile cleaning providers - servicing organisations of every scale and homeowners across the state.
Hayden is a “can-do” leader who believes communication is the most important ingredient for success, and he delivers it at every step of the process. He empowers his team and leaders with innovation, encouraging new ideas, smart systems and ownership over outcomes - because he knows great service is built by people who feel supported and confident in what they do.
