As CEO and Founder of Arnold Cleaning Services, Hayden leads the company’s vision, growth, and strategic direction. Since launching the business in 2023 after leaving his family’s dairy farm, he has rapidly scaled Arnold from a residential pressure cleaning start-up into one of Tasmania’s most trusted and versatile cleaning providers.
Hayden is a forward-thinking leader with a strong focus on building a high-performance, people-first business. He believes exceptional service is driven by clear communication, strong systems, and empowered teams. By fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and ownership, he ensures Arnold consistently delivers a premium standard across every service.

Cleaning Lead
